I am an author, cartoonist, part-time preacher, substitute teacher, and small time filmmaker based out of Bismarck, ND.

I like coffee, Jeopardy, sleep, the Minnesota Twins, the Nebraska Cornhuskers, staying active, pizza, lasagna, and french toast. I like spending time with friends, family, and learning more about God.

I have five self-published books, including my newest one, How To Catch A Wild Pizza. Which is a story about a kid named Nate who is hungry for pizza, but isn't quite sure where to get some. And three volumes of The Church Potluck, which could be described as if The Far Side got saved and started going to church.

I have directed five films, including my newest one "The Fall" which you can find in the NatesMovies tab up top. I also have been regularly uploading to youtube since 2008, amassing over one million views across all my videos.

I also preach most weekends at churches throughout the state and am a sub here in Bismarck during the week.
